1. Shipping Coverage

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
  • APO/FPO addresses supported via USPS.
  • No international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET (Mon–Fri) ship same day.
  • Orders after 2:00 PM ET ship next business day.
  • Weekend/holiday orders ship the next business day.

 


3. Temperature-Controlled Shipping

  • Cold-chain items (e.g., local anesthetics, composites, bonding agents):
    • Shipped with ice packs and insulated liners.
    • Next Day or 2nd Day Air only (no Ground).
    • Summer shipping hold available (May–Sep): delay shipment to avoid heat exposure.

4. Hazardous Materials (HazMat)

  • Items like amalgam, disinfectants, X-ray chemicals:
    • Shipped via UPS Ground only (ORM-D / Limited Quantity).
    • Signature required on delivery.
    • No air shipping to AK/HI/PR.

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking number emailed within 1 hour of shipment.
  • Real-time updates via UPS.com or USPS.com.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Lost/Damaged Packages: File claim within 7 days of expected delivery.
  • Incorrect Address: Buyer responsible for reshipment costs.
  • Refused Delivery: Return shipping + 20% restocking fee applied.

7. Backorders & Pre-Orders

  • If an item is out of stock:
    • Partial shipment (in-stock items ship immediately).
    • Backordered items ship free when available.
  • Pre-order items: Estimated ship date shown at checkout.
