1. Payment Methods

  • Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH/eCheck.
  • Purchase Orders (POs): Accepted from verified dental practices, DSOs, and institutions with approved credit terms.
  • Tax-Exempt Purchases: Upload your state resale or tax-exempt certificate during checkout or email to contact@lumora-dent.com
  • Currency: All prices in U.S. dollars (USD).
  • Security: Payments processed via PCI DSS-compliant gateways. We do not store full card details.

2. Order Confirmation

  • You will receive an email confirmation within 5 minutes of placing your order.
  • If you do not receive confirmation, check spam/junk or contact support.

3. Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return (within 30 days of delivery):

  • Unused, unopened, original packaging
  • Non-sterile consumables (e.g., gloves, masks, bibs)
  • Non-custom or non-personalized items
  • Items not marked “Final Sale”

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Opened sterile products (e.g., needles, sutures, burs)
  • Refrigerated or temperature-sensitive items (e.g., anesthetics, composites)
  • Custom-made or special-order items
  • Hazardous materials (e.g., amalgam, chemicals)
  • Items used on patients

Return Process:

  1. Contact contact@lumora-dent.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
  2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number (required).
  3. Ship items prepaid to our returns center (address provided with RA).
  4. Include RA number and original packing slip.
  5. Items must arrive in resellable condition.

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds issued within 7 business days of receiving returned items.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
